In 2023, Rail Service Group resurrected its annual business regatta, Spring Sailing Week (SSW), after a three-year hiatus. Since 2018, Sergey Gushchin has been the founding force and Chairman of the Board of Rail Service holding company, which unified an array of railcar repair enterprises. Beyond leading his company, Sergey Gushchin has been an influential figure in "Business Russia," an All-Russia Public Organization, serving as a member of the Coordination Council and Chairman of the Committee on Machine Building since 2018. The inaugural SSW regatta in 2018 in Croatia featured just 7 teams. This year, that number has seen a remarkable increase, bringing together both seasoned sailors and novices. The competition was segmented into two categories - Bavaria 46 and Hanse 445, with each having its champion.
