Christian ministry appeals SPLC case to Supreme Court, challenging NYT v. Sullivan

A Christian ministry has asked the Supreme Court to revisit New York Times v. Sullivan in appealing its case against the Southern Poverty Law Center, which has branded the ministry a “hate group.”
