Bondi Lash & Beauty Clinic Introduces New Covid-Safe Measures

The salon continues to focus on providing a safe, professional, and luxury service to all clients.

One of New South Wales’ best-loved beauty clinics has proudly announced the completion of its latest Covid-safe changes, ensuring that all customers are in good care from the moment they step inside.

Bondi’s Updated Online & Offline Solutions

Bondi Lash & Beauty Clinic’s commitment to client safety without compromising convenience or the quality of treatment has been seen ever since the breakout of Covid. The salon had already integrated a wide range of safety measures to ensure increased social distancing and better hygiene throughout reception areas and treatment spaces alike. However, it has now built upon this success with further updates to its online and offline strategy.

The company has revamped its digital offering, opening two online stores dedicated to the branded products it sells. This includes a Skincare shop and an Environ store. The eCommerce channels ensure that customers can access products even during lockdown while those purchases also reduce the level of foot traffic entering the salon. Furthermore, the brand’s official Instagram channel has been updated with an easy navigation menu in its bio, thus enabling instant access to online facilities.

Having become a registered Afterpay retailer, Bondi Lash & Beauty Clinic now allows consumers to split their payments over several months. This service is offered for both online product purchases and all in-store payments, including payments for treatments. Meanwhile, reduced cash payments promote increased hygiene.

Bondi’s Continued Covid-Safe Salon Practices

With Sydney still in lockdown, the salon has respected those regulations with an online-only service until the restrictions are lifted. Workers are also taking regular tests, which will continue once the salon's doors reopen. In addition to socially distanced treatment areas, Bondi Lash & Beauty Clinic’s staff continue to employ regular cleaning of their hands, as well as all workstations. PPE equipment is also used to ensure optimal safety for visitors and beauticians alike.

Those updates enable the salon to provide its full list of treatments including Aduro LED light therapy, Dermapen skin needling, body wraps, body scrubs, massages, eyelash extensions, IPL, facials, waxing, spray tanning, and more. Once the latest lockdown is over, the company will be back to full service. In the meantime, its online stores are still open to clients (regular visitors and online-online users) in Sydney and wider New South Wales.
