Gwinnett gears up for planned project to bring $1.65 billion in income by 2035

Central to Atlanta, Athens and Gainesville, a new, almost 2,000-acre “Knowledge Community” along State Highway 316 in eastern Gwinnett County is being designed to serve as a global destination for advanced research and discovery, bringing about 18,500 jobs and $1.65 billion in income to the county by 2035.
