Pittsburgh Public Schools to implement phased-in hybrid approach to in-person learning starting in November for some students

PPS said that 15,488 students, or 72% of its total population, have opted to enroll in a hybrid instruction cohort as of Oct. 26. Another 5,889 students, or 27.3%, have enrolled in the full-time remote learning cohort and 194 students have not enrolled in either at this time.
