Fed’s Brainard says failure of Congress on another fiscal stimulus bill would lead to ‘slower and weaker recovery’

A failure of Congress to provide more fiscal support would lead to a slower and weaker U.S. recovery, said Fed Gov. Lael Brainard on Wednesday.
