Critical Infra enters LOI for partnership in Europe

CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE TECHNOLOGIES EXECUTES A LETTER OF INTENT WITH H. CEGIELSKI – POZNAN S.A. TO ESTABLISH A STRATEGIC NEXUS 20 PARTNERSHIP IN POLAND

Critical Infrastructure Technologies Ltd. has executed a letter of intent with H. Cegielski — Poznan SA, a subsidiary of Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa SA, one of Poland’s leading defence and industrial groups. HCP, headquartered in Poznan, is a historic and strategically significant manufacturing enterprise within the Polish defence sector, to establish a long-term strategic partnership focused on the production and deployment of the Nexus 20 autonomous platform in Central and Eastern Europe.

The LOI follows the execution of a non-disclosure agreement between the parties and reflects a shared intent to combine Critical Infrastructure’s Nexus 20 technology with HCP’s established manufacturing, integration and support capabilities to address the requirements of the Polish Armed Forces and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization’s Eastern Flank.

Scope of intended co-operation

Under the LOI, Critical Infrastructure and HCP intend to collaborate in the following areas:

  • Production and assembly: establishing HCP as a manufacturing and integration hub for Nexus 20 platforms within the Central and Eastern European region;
  • Technology transfer: facilitating the transfer of technical know-how to ensure high-quality local maintenance, training and operational support;
  • Strategic market expansion: leveraging HCP’s position within the PGZ Group and Critical Infrastructure’s international partnerships to pursue government and defence contracts.

Planned milestones

The LOI outlines an initial road map to advance the partnership, including:

  • March, 2026: visit by Brenton Scott, chief executive officer of Critical Infrastructure, to HCP headquarters in Poznan, to progress and finalize commercial, technical and logistical arrangements;
  • May, 2026: delivery of the first Nexus 20 prototype unit to HCP’s Poznan facility for technical evaluation, training and proof-of-concept demonstrations for regional stakeholders.

Strengthening regional security

The Nexus 20 platform provides rapid, autonomous telecommunications and surveillance infrastructure designed to support modern defence and critical security operations. By combining Critical Infrastructure’s advanced platform technology with HCP’s industrial manufacturing capabilities and deep integration within the Polish defence sector, the partnership aims to deliver a world-class, sovereign-capable solution for European strategic clients.

“This partnership represents a significant step forward in CiTech’s international expansion strategy and will complement the establishment of our EU headquarters in Latvia,” said Mr. Scott. “By working alongside HCP and the PGZ Group, we are positioning the Nexus 20 platform to support allied defence capabilities across Central and Eastern Europe.”
