Themed "Empowering Others, Designing Symbiosis", the event featured keynote speeches, judges' remarks, two award rounds, and a roundtable forum exploring the promising future of design's coexistence with various fields.

The event drew professionals from 16 industries, including home office, smart digital, healthcare, transportation, internet, maternal and infant products, mechanical industry, beauty and fashion, service design, living spaces, commercial spaces, office spaces, new media art, entertainment and sports, and pet culture, all gathered to celebrate remarkable achievements in design.

Sissi Ren, co-founder of Successful Design Awards and partner of CBi China Bridge, hosted the event, kicking off the proceedings. Cathy Huang, fellow co-founder of the Successful Design Awards, chairperson of CBi China Bridge, and chair of the the Shanghai Chapter of the Service Design Network (SDN), delivered the opening address. She reviewed the competition's 18-year and officially released the "China Successful Design List". This provided an opportunity for outstanding companies and individuals to showcase and be evaluated, promoting the development of the innovative design industry.

The jury comprised eight experts from diverse fields, including Run Yang, Chief Designer at Lenovo Group, Xiong Ding, Director of the Product Design Department at Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts' School of Industrial Design, and Fei Hu, Dean of Tongji University's College of Design and Innovation. They evaluated the entries using the competition's unique SPR evaluation system, assessing them from the dimensions of strategy, process, and results, uncovering successful designs that represent future trends.

Throughout the event, notable guests including Rudy Wimmer, Business Development Director at DavidHugh, Yong Se KIM, Professor of Product-Service Systems Design at Tongji University's College of Design and Innovation; and Jiachen Li,Associate Professor at Donghua University presented the "Successful Design Award" and the "Supreme Successful Design Award." These awards recognized the outstanding designs of companies like ZEEKR, ASUS, and Guangxi New Life Health Service Co., Ltd.

In his speech, Jiang Yu, CEO of the LKK Digital Innovation Design Platform, looked ahead to the future of China's innovative industry. He believes that China has entered an era of a per capita GDP of 10,000 US dollars, marking the best time for the rise of national brands. He hopes that the Successful Design Awards can help national brands go international. Huiren La, Product Director of ZEEKR Intelligent Technology, pointed out that designers need to enhance their cognition and cross-border integration to respond to changes in consumer demand. Craig Miller, partner at Heatherwick Studio, and Run Yang, Chief Designer of Lenovo Group, also shared their insights on future design trends.

During the roundtable discussion, guests from various industries engaged in a dialogue about the Successful Design Awards's SPR evaluation system. They shared successful practical experiences from aspects such as product strategic positioning, challenges and resources, and market results and business value.

The ceremony included a co-creation session in which guests participated in group discussions centered on the theme "What is the value of design?" Two emerging designer representatives presented their co-creation results, emphasizing that design should not only have commercial value but also promote sustainable development in society, culture, and the environment.
