Agreements with three schools follow earlier deal with Thepmitrsuksa School
-- Tianli International Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 1773.HK) said on Monday that its subsidiary, Tianli Education (HK) Limited, has signed three strategic cooperation framework agreements with the Education Society of Singapore (ESS) and three schools in Thailand — Phraharuthai Nonthaburi School, Phrahuruthai Donmuang School and Sacred Heart Convent School.

The agreements were signed on Monday at Phraharuthai Nonthaburi School in Nonthaburi province, north of Bangkok, and were witnessed by about 400 parents and members of the school communities. The deals follow an earlier agreement signed on Nov 7 with Thepmitrsuksa School in southern Thailand, where Tianli established its first Lida Curriculum Center (LCC). Together, the two rounds of agreements mark the company’s second expansion move in Thailand within a month.
Under the new agreements, the parties will establish structured, multi-year cooperation mechanisms focusing on curriculum collaboration, student development and inter-school exchanges. The cooperation will include the establishment of Lida Curriculum Centers on the participating campuses, the introduction of Chinese language and cross-cultural programmes, university pathway counselling for students interested in studying in China, and student exchange and project-based learning activities in areas such as artificial intelligence, robotics, coding and STEM.
The Lida Curriculum Centers will serve as the operational platforms for the cooperation. According to Tianli, the centres will integrate curriculum delivery, teacher collaboration, student development support and inter-school projects. The centres will be implemented in line with each school’s academic calendar and local regulatory requirements, and selected language and cultural programmes may be gradually opened to the surrounding communities.
Tianli said the cooperation does not involve changes in school ownership or management control, and that each participating institution will continue to operate independently. The parties will establish consultation and evaluation mechanisms to oversee curriculum quality, teacher training and student safety.
The company said Thailand is a key market in its Southeast Asia strategy. The earlier partnership with Thepmitrsuksa School focused on schools in southern Thailand, while the latest agreements extend the cooperation to schools in the Bangkok metropolitan area, allowing the company to build a regional network of partner schools.
Tianli International is a China-based education group listed in Hong Kong, with operations spanning K-12 education, international curriculum services, education management and related services. In recent years, the company has expanded its overseas cooperation, particularly in Southeast Asia, as part of its international development strategy.
The Education Society of Singapore is a Singapore-registered education organisation that supports student and educator development, cross-border education exchanges and the localisation of collaborative education programmes.
The three Thai partner schools are long-established institutions serving students from kindergarten through upper secondary levels and have established roles in their local education communities.
Tianli said it will continue to assess the implementation of the current projects and may explore further cooperation with other schools in the region, subject to regulatory requirements and project performance.
