Stacey Frost has been named a WEA Global Ambassador
Her leadership comes at a pivotal moment as WEA expands its global network of grassroots women leaders advancing practical environmental solutions that strengthen community health, livelihoods, and resilience.
Frost’s unique perspective draws from her work in systems design and community regeneration, helping connect WEA’s grassroots leadership model to wider discussions about resilient economies, environmental stewardship, and systems of care. The role focuses on advancing ideas, partnerships, and visibility that strengthen the movement for women-led environmental, health and economic solutions.
“Stacey Frost brings a blend of systems thinking, design leadership, and long-term commitment to environmental and community wellbeing,” said Melinda Kramer, Co-Founder, Co-Executive Director of WEA. “As a sustainable development advocate and designer, she has spent years exploring how resilient systems rooted in care, land stewardship, and community leadership can transform both environments and local economies. We are very grateful that she recognizes the power of Women’s Earth Alliance’s global network of grassroots women leaders and the ripple effect created when women gain access to resources, training, and support.”
“Across the world, women are already leading the most practical and powerful solutions for our planet,” said Frost. “What they need now is investment at the scale of their vision. Women’s Earth Alliance has built a global network capable of delivering real results, and I am honored to be a Global Ambassador and work with WEA to strengthen communities, protect the environments we all depend on, and create a healthier future for generations.”
Frost has served as an international advisor for WEA since 2009, contributing strategic insight and helping amplify the organization’s work. As Founder of Re:Vision nonprofit, Stacey is dedicated to revitalizing communities through locally driven, resilient solutions that strengthen food systems, local economies, and social connection. Her current work in North East, Pennsylvania is developing a regenerative model for small-town renewal that aligns closely with WEA’s approach to community resilience. This long-standing alignment naturally led to her expanded role as Global Ambassador.
