Wachholz will lead alongside Greg Williamson and focus on accelerating business development and broadening market impact

Outside General Counsel LLP (“OGC”), a national law firm built to provide senior-level judgment aligned with real business priorities, announced that Mike Wachholz has been appointed as a Managing Partner. He will lead business development and growth strategy across the firm, working alongside Managing Partner Greg Williamson to expand client relationships and extend OGC’s business-aligned engagement model.

Wachholz will serve with Williamson, who will continue to lead the firm’s strategic execution and operational priorities.

Wachholz brings more than two decades of executive leadership and board experience, including roles as CEO and Chairman of Briefly Legal and CEO and Board Member of Geometric Results, Inc. He has extensive experience working with private equity-backed, high-growth companies and partnering with corporate leaders responsible for selecting legal service providers.
