Atria Health Makes Key Hires to Build Out Management Team

Atria Health, a value-based provider of technology and administrative support services to cardiovascular care physicians, announced today that it has made several key hires to build out its management team as the company continues its growth trajectory and enters new markets. These hires included Campbell Harlan as Chief Financial Officer, Kaitlyn Lantry as VP of Operations and Janis Newcomb as VP of Integrations. Atria Health is physician-owned with support from Cypress Ridge Capital, a health care focused investment firm.

“Campbell, Kaitlyn and Janis each bring valuable strengths and distinctive expertise to Atria and our partner practices,” said Matt Eakins, CEO of Atria Health. “All three have extensive health care services experience and share Atria’s mission of empowering cardiovascular practices to grow and thrive independently. We look forward to their contributions to improving the lives of everyone living with cardiovascular disease.”

Mr. Harlan joins Atria as CFO after previously serving as CFO of Navista, a service provider to oncology practices. Mr. Harlan has deep expertise in physician practice management, specializing in finance, operations, M&A, and revenue cycle management. As CFO, Mr. Harlan will lead and continue to build out Atria Health’s finance function.

Ms. Lantry is Atria’s VP of Operations, joining from Numotion, where she was the VP of Service. As VP of Operations, Ms. Lantry will oversee all operational aspects of the company’s Pennsylvania region, providing critical support to Atria’s physician partners as they remain focused on delivering outstanding patient care.

Finally, Ms. Newcomb will assume the role of VP of Integrations, as Atria continues to expand its physician partnerships nationwide. Ms. Newcomb previously worked closely with Dr. Eakins at Unified Women’s Healthcare, and immediately prior to joining was VP of New Ventures at Aledade.

“Demand for Atria’s model among physician practices, payors and health systems has never been stronger, and we are thrilled to support the team as it continues to grow under Matt’s leadership,” said Andrew Pardo and Chris Petrini, Managing Partners at Cypress Ridge Capital. “These three key hires will position the company for planned future growth into new markets and help ensure that we can provide optimal support and expertise to our physician partners.”
