Prior to QAD, Theisen led a large salesforce and significantly increased revenue at NiCE, a publicly traded customer experience and contract center solutions provider. During his tenure, Theisen also spearheaded the development of NiCE’s strategic partnership program. Before that, he held sales leadership roles at Mattersight, Calabrio and Nortel.
