Mr. Brickhouse will focus on supporting the firm’s Industrials investing efforts and portfolio companies
Berkshire Partners (“Berkshire”) today announced the appointment of Brian Brickhouse as an Advisory Director. With 37 years of global electrical industry experience across the data center, commercial construction, industrial, and utility markets, Mr. Brickhouse will play an important role advising Berkshire’s Industrials sector team and portfolio companies.
Most recently, Mr. Brickhouse was President, Electrical Sector Americas for Eaton, a multinational power management company. Throughout his impressive career at Eaton, culminating in his retirement in 2023, Mr. Brickhouse led 14 successful acquisition and integration projects, including a focus on expanding in the fast-growing data center market, in addition to leading the Asia Pacific and the Europe, Middle East, and Africa businesses. Mr. Brickhouse’s industry expertise extends beyond M&A and his roles at Eaton, serving for multiple years on the Executive Committee and Board of Governors with the National Electrical Manufacturers’ Association.
