Avnet to Report Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2024 Earnings on August 8 and to Hold Annual Shareholder Meeting on November 22

Following the earnings release, Avnet's Chief Executive Officer Phil Gallagher and Chief Financial Officer Ken Jacobson will host a webcast and conference call at 9:00 a.m. PT / Noon ET to discuss the financial results and provide a corporate update.

Avnet’s Board has also scheduled the Annual Meeting of Shareholders for Friday, November 22, 2024 at 8:00 a.m. Phoenix, Arizona time. The meeting will be held at Avnet’s Corporate Headquarters located at: 2211 South 47th Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85034. The record date for determining the common shareholders entitled to vote at the meeting has been set at the close of business on September 23.
