Leading luggage delivery provider puts down more roots in Denver to reach more clients and invest in the local economy
Luggage Forward, the exclusive luggage delivery provider for many of the world's leading travel brands, today announced the opening of its second office in Denver, Colo., as well as the expansion of its executive team, welcoming a new Vice President of Operations.
The luggage and gear shipping industry has seen tremendous growth over the last two decades, coinciding with more people making travel a priority — 66% of consumers are more interested in travel now than before the COVID-19 pandemic. By expanding its office footprint, Luggage Forward — which has shipped over 1 million bags and seen 20% year-over-year growth — will be better positioned to serve the needs of its travel partners, support increased volume and reach clients across the U.S. faster.
To support this growth, Luggage Forward has also added Becca Hammer as its new Vice President of Operations. In this role, Hammer will use her expertise in leading operations and strategy within ecommerce fulfillment technology to scale operations and drive operational excellence at Luggage Forward. To further build its Denver-based team, Luggage Forward is also in the process of hiring four new employees.
