“Recognizing and celebrating women’s achievements is essential to creating a more equitable society and inspiring the next generation of leaders,” said Susan Armiger, CEO of Catalight. “I’m honored to be included among so many women I admire for their vision, innovation and purpose-driven work.”

When Armiger joined the organization in 2011, it was a small, local nonprofit serving 500 people with developmental disabilities. Today, the Catalight family of companies provides care to 14,000 individuals and their families, including diagnostic evaluations and treatment for autism and other developmental disabilities. Armiger led the organization to harness a decade’s worth of real-world clinical data to reshape the standards of care for people with developmental disabilities. Catalight’s team works to produce measurable and meaningful care that improves wellbeing and supports people so they can choose their own path.
