Jennifer Lee Assumes Role of President at Intradiem

Intradiem, the leading provider of contact center automation solutions, announces that Jennifer Lee has assumed the role of President, effective immediately.

As President of Intradiem, Jennifer is responsible for driving results across functions including Strategy, Business Enablement, Product Development and Customer Success.

Jennifer Lee joined Intradiem in 2015 as Director of Customer Success. She was subsequently promoted to Vice President of Customer Success (2017), Senior Vice President of Customer Success (2018), Chief Strategy Officer (2019), and Chief Operations Officer (2021). Prior to joining Intradiem, Jennifer spent 15 years in the contact center industry in a variety of positions, including senior roles in strategy, client services, and vendor management.
