The survey results demonstrated the exceptional dedication of Belmont Village's employees. The survey found that 84% of respondents reported finding deep meaning in their work, underscoring their unwavering commitment to prioritizing the well-being of residents. Additionally, 85% of employees expressed a strong belief that they are making a significant difference in the lives of the seniors they serve, reflecting the sense of purpose and impact Belmont Village's team members bring to their roles each day.
