Lendmark Financial Services Honored as Bronze Stevie® Award Winner in 2023 American Business Awards®

Company recognized for its achievements in the financial services industry

Lendmark Financial Services, a leading provider of household credit and consumer loan solutions, recently earned the Bronze Stevie® Award for Company of the Year in the Financial Services – Large category.

The American Business Awards are the U.S.A.’s premier business awards program. All organizations operating in the U.S.A. are eligible to submit nominations – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small. Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word meaning “crowned,” the awards will be presented to winners at a gala ceremony at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York on Tuesday, June 13.

Lendmark was recognized for its tremendous growth in recent years despite the economic uncertainty brought about by the pandemic. While many other financial services organizations slowed their openings and closed up their brick & mortar locations, Lendmark successfully opened 135 new branches and expanded its reach into two additional states – Missouri and Louisiana. The company now serves nearly 500,000 customers and employs more than 2,000 corporate, branch and support staff across its 21-state footprint.

In 2021, the company raised $1.1 million for its sixth annual Climb to Cure fundraising and awareness campaign, and then in 2022 Lendmark launched a new goal to raise $10 million total by 2025 to mark the company’s 10-year anniversary partnering with the nonprofit CURE Childhood Cancer. Lendmark raised $1.18 million for CURE in 2022 alone, bringing its total donated to $4.73 million.

More than 3,700 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted to the ABAs this year for consideration in a wide range of categories, including Startup of the Year, Executive of the Year, Best New Product or Service of the Year, Marketing Campaign of the Year, Thought Leader of the Year, and App of the Year, among others.

More than 230 professionals worldwide participated in the judging process to select this year’s Stevie Award winners.
