Ramirez & Co., Inc. Expands Executive Team With the Addition Peter Hill

Samuel A. Ramirez & Co., Inc., one of the oldest and largest Hispanic-owned investment banks in the United States, is pleased to announce that senior public finance executive Peter J. Hill has joined the firm as Senior Managing Director and Strategic Advisor.

Prior to Ramirez, Hill most recently served Managing Director and Head of Public Finance for UBS. He also served as Managing Director and Head of Public Finance for Wells Fargo, in addition to having held senior leadership positions at Bank of America Securities and J.P. Morgan. Hill is the immediate past Chair of the Municipal Executive Committee of the Securities Industry & Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) and the past Vice Chair and Board Member of the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB).
