BTIG announced today that Kenneth Becker has joined its Investment Banking unit as a Managing Director and Restructuring Specialist. Mr. Becker will initiate BTIG’s entrance into restructuring transactions for clients, broadening the firm’s investment banking capabilities.
Mr. Becker brings more than 20 years of industry experience to BTIG. Most recently, Mr. Becker was a Managing Director at AMA Capital Partners, specializing in multijurisdictional restructuring efforts. He has extensive experience within the shipping and offshore energy services sectors, advising creditors across the capital structure. Prior to that, Mr. Becker was an Associate within Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs. He began his career at Great Circle Capital and Glencore Ltd.
