Black Hat USA Opens Registration for Hybrid Event in Las Vegas and Online, July 31 – August 5

Black Hat, the world’s leading producer of information security events, announces the opening of registration and the return of its Black Hat USA conference July 31 through August 5. The 24th annual event will be presented both online and in-person at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center Las Vegas.

“After careful consideration, we are excited for Black Hat USA to return to Las Vegas and continue to be accessible to our global, online community,” said Steve Wylie, general manager of Black Hat. “We are encouraged by the tremendous progress being made to end this global pandemic and are working closely with local officials to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all.”

Black Hat USA 2021 will span the course of six days featuring the latest in information security research, development, and trends. The program kicks off with four days of all-virtual Trainings, followed by the Black Hat Briefings, Keynotes, Sponsored Sessions, Business Hall, and Arsenal, available both in-person and online. Attendees looking to participate in the virtual-only option will be able to take advantage of an early registration rate which includes access to all Black Hat USA content for 30 days. For attendees looking forward to an in-person event experience, the hybrid option will provide all the benefits of the virtual pass, along with the in-person content and networking opportunities.

As safety is of the highest importance, Black Hat will be following all locally mandated safety measures and protocols, as well as Informa Tech’s AllSecure guidelines. In alignment with the AllSecure guidelines, the venue will undertake enhanced cleaning measures before, during and after the event, focusing on high-touch areas such as doors, handles, restrooms and food and beverage areas. Guests will be required to wear face coverings, practicing social distancing on the event floor, contactless experiences, and more.
