From 2019 to 2021, Ms. Geiser-Chang served as the library's executive director. During her time in leadership, she worked to secure resources and build connections that ensured the library's stability and growth. While Ms. Geiser-Chang continues to serve in her broader community, she also wants to ensure that young people remain aware of libraries' services and resources. While at the library, she saw many stories of success, personally working with people who became pages and, in one case, the assistant to the library director. Ms. Geiser-Chang hopes people will stay engaged with the library and continue creating more success stories.

Ms. Geiser-Chang also brings a strong academic foundation to her work. She earned a Master of Science in library science, summa cum laude, from PennWest Clarion in 2021, following her bachelor's degrees in library science in 2010 and business education in 1983. Her achievements in higher education underscore her commitment to professional growth and lifelong learning.
Reflecting on her long service career, Ms. Geiser-Chang attributes her accomplishments to the values of kindness and service instilled in her by her family. These principles have guided her throughout her life, shaping a career marked by a profound dedication to helping others.
