Item 1.01 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

I-trax, Inc., certain of its direct and indirect subsidiaries, and Bank of America, N.A., are parties to a senior secured credit facility pursuant to a Credit Agreement dated March 19, 2004, which has been amended from time to time. By letter dated March 30, 2007, Bank of America extended the maturity date of the credit facility until April 1, 2008.
