Item 8.01. Other Events.
Thomas Hauke, President of McDowell Research Co., Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ultralife Batteries, Inc., has resigned from his position and as an officer of Ultralife . Andrew Naukam has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of McDowell and will be responsible for operations of the subsidiary.
