Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of
Principal Officers.
Changes in Compensation for Executive Officers: On February 5, 2007, the Compensation
Committee (the “Compensation Committee”) of the Board of Directors of Craftmade International, Inc.
(the “Company”) approved an increase, effective immediately, in the annual base salaries of two of
the Company’s executive officers. The new annual base salaries are set forth below:
