On February 15, 2007, Caprius, Inc. issued a press release announcing that its subsidiary, M.C.M. Environmental Technologies, Inc., had received orders for several of its SteriMed Systems from one of the largest independent providers of dialysis services in the U.S., as well as two additional orders from new customers within the dialysis market.

A copy of the press release announcing these orders is attached as an exhibit to this Report.
