Board Meeting for consideration of Accounts

The Board of Directors of ICICI Bank Limited will inter alia, consider the audited annual accounts and payment of dividend on preference and equity shares for the financial year ended March 31, 2003 at its forthcoming Meeting to be held on Friday, April 25, 2003, in Mumbai.
