Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 26, 2009, lululemon athletica inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing
its financial results for the fourth fiscal quarter ended February 1, 2009 and certain other
information. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is
incorporated herein by reference. As previously announced, the Company has scheduled a conference
call for 4:30 p.m. EST on March 26, 2009 to discuss financial results.
