INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS FORM 6-K REPORT
For the three months ended June 30, 2010, Aegean Marine Petroleum Network Inc. (the "Company") expects to record an income tax expense of approximately $3.3 million related to the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Verbeke Bunkering N.V. (Verbeke Bunkering). On April 1, 2010, the Company completed its acquisition of Verbeke Bunkering, a Belgium-based physical supplier of marine fuel in the Antwerp-Rotterdam-Amsterdam (ARA) region.
