Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers: Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On October 20, 2008, the Company announced that Albert K. Davis will retire from his position as Senior Vice President of the Company’s Specialty Papers segment, effective December 31, 2008, and that the Board of Directors has appointed Henry C. Newell as his successor. Mr. Newell presently serves as the Company’s Vice President, Business Development.
