ASUR Announces Total Passenger Traffic for July 2017
Total passenger traffic up 8.0% YoY in Mexico and 3.2% in San Juan
Mexico City, August 3, 2017 - Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste, S.A.B. de C.V. (NYSE: ASR; BMV: ASUR) (ASUR), the first privatized airport group in Mexico and operator of Cancun Airport and eight other airports in southeast Mexico, as well as a JV partner in Aerostar Airport Holdings, LLC, operator of the Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport in San Juan, today announced that total passenger traffic for July 2017 increased by 6.7% when compared to July 2016. Passenger traffic rose 8.0% in Mexico, and 3.2% in San Juan.
This announcement reflects comparisons between July 1 through July 31, 2017 and 2016. Accumulated figures reflect comparisons between January 1 and July 31, 2017 and 2016. Transit and general aviation passengers are excluded for Mexico.
