The stock option grant was granted February 9, 2009, has a ten-year term and vests as to 10% of the grant amount on the first nine anniversary dates of February 9 and vests as to the remaining 10%, 9.75 years after the option grant date of February 9, 2009. Accordingly, on February 9, 2010, the initial 10% or 12,000 options will vest. |
