(1) | 100% of the Option is initially subject to vesting pursuant to the Company's 2014 Equity Incentive Plan. The Option will vest in monthly installments as measured from 09/20/2017 over three years, until the earlier of the Option's full vesting or the reporting person ceasing to provide continuous service to the issuer.
