(1)	This Amendment is filed solely to delete the reporting of 1,656,051 shares of Common Stock held by Brownies Blueprint, Inc. on the Reporting Person's original Form 3, as amended. The Reporting Person's original Form 3 was amended to include such shares but, because the Reporting Person is only a 5% owner of Brownies Blueprint and is not on the board of directors or an officer of that company, such shares were not required to be reported. Such shares were also reported on two subsequent Forms 4 filed by the Reporting Person after his amended Form 3 was filed. The information relating to the shares owned by OCB Reprographics, Inc. in this line item was previously reported on the amended Form 3 and this information has not changed from the amended Form 3. It is being reported again here only as a means to gain access to the electronic filing system.
