Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition

        On August 14, 2008, the Registrant issued a press release announcing certain financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2008. A copy of the Registrant’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.

        In addition, on August 14, 2008, the Registrant conducted a conference call to discuss its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2008. A copy of the transcript of such conference call is set forth as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report.

Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

        Effective August 19, 2008, Mark Mirabile will no longer serve as the Registrant’s Chief Operations Officer. Mr. Mirabile will remain with the Registrant and will continue to manage its Chicago-based commercial consulting operations.
