Explanatory Note
Black Box Corporation (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” “our,” or “Black Box”) is filing this Amendment No. 1 on Form 8-K/A (this “Amendment”) to amend our Current Report on Form 8-K for the event dated May 9, 2016 (the “Form 8-K”), as originally filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on May 13, 2016. The purpose of this Amendment is to file additional exhibits not included in the Form 8-K. This Amendment hereby amends and restates the cover page and Item 9.01 in its entirety.
This Amendment does not amend or otherwise update any other information in our 8-K as originally filed. Accordingly, this Amendment should be read in conjunction with our Form 8-K and with our filings with the SEC subsequent to our Form 8-K.
