James L. Cummins, Senior Vice President, Administration of CTS Corporation (the “Company”), has informed the Company that he intends to retire on December 31, 2009. Earlier this year, Mr. Cummins put a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan in place, a portion of which plan was executed on August 21, 2009.
