Attached is the
English translation of the letter filed with the Comision Nacional de Valores and
Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos
Aires on September 8, 2017.
By letter dated September 8, 2017, the company reported
that
it
has
subscribed an amendment to the management agreement executed by and
among the Company and Consultores Assets Management S.A.
(“CAMSA”) by which certain adjustments were implemented
to the purpose of the agreement by virtue of the broadness of
Cresud’s business.
Having been consulted the Audit Committee in the terms of section
72 y ss of the Capital Markets Law 26,831, it has issued an opinion
without objections in connection with the described
transaction.
