Infineon’s majority-owned subsidiary Qimonda AG (“Qimonda”) today announced the launch of a convertible bond offering. A copy of Qimonda’s press release relating to the offering has been filed by Qimonda today on a Report on Form 6-K; that press release is incorporated herein by reference to Qimonda’s Report on Form 6-K.
