On February 23, 2015, Laurette T. Koellner was elected to the Board of Directors of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company to a term expiring at the 2015 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Ms. Koellner has not yet been appointed to any committees of the Board of Directors. Ms. Koellner will receive the compensation established from time-to-time for non-employee directors.
