On August 1, 2007, Coinmach Service Corp. announced its results of operations for the three-month period ended June 30, 2007 and announced the declaration of a dividend on its Class A common stock, forming a part of its outstanding income deposit securities, as described in the press release attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
