On April 26, 2007, WellCare Health Plans, Inc. appointed former Senator D. Robert Graham to its Board of Directors. Senator Graham will fill a Class II vacancy on the Board. A copy of the press release announcing Senator Graham’s appointment is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
