Hereof the wholly-owned affiliates owned 4,000 B shares of DKK 1, corresponding to a total nominal value of DKK 4,000 or 0.001% of the total share capital. In the first quarter of 2008 a total of 2,057,907 B shares were repurchased, and 854,947 B shares were disposed of to employees in connection with employee incentive programmes.
