Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Francis B. Moschella, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of Pall Corporation (the “Registrant” or “Company”), will be leaving the Company effective April 1, 2014 in order to pursue other interests. Effective March 7, 2014, Akhil Johri, Chief Financial Officer of the Registrant, is serving as Chief Accounting Officer.
