On October 31, 2017, InfuSystem Holdings, Inc. issued a press release announcing that the Company will disclose its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2017 on Friday, November 10, 2017 before the market opens. The Company will also conduct a conference call for all interested investors on Friday, November 10, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time. A copy of the press release is furnished as an exhibit to this Form 8-K.
