Present – Head of Special Group Projects for Telecom Italia S.p.A, reporting directly to Chief Executive Officer, with responsibility for Cost Management

2015 to 2016 – M&A consultant for private equity firms operating in Banking and Insurance sectors

2012 to 2014 – Chief Operating Officer of Intesa Sanpaolo Group, Managing Director and General Manager of Intesa Group Service (the group’s back office company); Member of the Board of Directors.

2007 to 2011 – General Manager responsible for Cost Management and Head of Banca dei Territori, Intesa Sanpaolo Group.

2002 to 2007 – Human Resource and Cost Management Director, Intesa Sanpaolo Group.

1998 to 2002 – Human Resource and Cost Management Director and Head of Local Networks, Poste Italiane.
