On May 11, 2015, Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the approval by the Board of Directors of the Company, acting through its Executive Committee, of the declaration of a cash dividend of $0.05 per share, payable on June 15, 2015 to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 1, 2015. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and hereby incorporated by reference.
