On February 2, 2010, Alliance Data Systems Corporation issued a press release regarding its results of operations for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2009. In addition, the press release announced that the Company’s board of directors has approved a new stock repurchase program to acquire up to $275.1 million of the Company’s common stock through December 31, 2010.
